6. Use of HubSpot
We use HubSpot, a service of HubSpot Ireland Limited, 2nd Floor 30 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland, for marketing, sales and communication purposes as well as website usage analysis.
Data processing in the EU:
We use HubSpot exclusively with activated EU data region. This means that all personal data — such as submitted forms, downloads, and interactions on our website — is stored and processed exclusively on servers located within the European Union. Data transfers to third countries (e.g. the USA) do not occur as a rule.
Examples of processed data:

• browser information,
• visited pages and timestamps,
• form entries (e.g. contact forms),
• email interactions (e.g. open and click rates).
Purpose of processing:
To contact you, generate leads, analyze user behavior, and improve our communication and content.

Note on possible isolated processing outside the EU:

7. Job Applications
We collect and process personal data from applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. If an applicant is selected for an interview or position, the submitted data will be stored and processed for that purpose in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
If the application is unsuccessful, we delete the application documents three months after notification of the rejection, unless there are legitimate interests in retaining them (e.g. legal defense).
